Robert_Buildings_garden-2All Hallows is a beautiful building set in four acres of traditional country garden with a wonderful history dating back to 1873. We provide a range of healthcare services and can offer you an alternative respite solution. Supporting adults with physical disabilities and special needs and their companions to have a holiday or short break together or a period of respite care.

All Hallows is situated in the village of Ditchingham on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk, near the beautiful River Waveney. The area has some of the county’s most scenic and peaceful countryside, with winding lanes, tasty tearooms, welcoming pubs and picturesque villages and market towns. With the famous seaside town of Southwold and other coastal attractions only a short drive away it is an ideal place to come for a break.

The building is fully wheelchair accessible and has specialist disabled features with caring and dedicated staff. No matter what level of support you need you can be confident that All Hallows will be able to care for you.

Rooms are tastefully furnished, fully wheelchair accessible, have wonderful views across the garden and fitted with an emergency call system. While staying with us you will have your own private entrance/exit to the garden as well as an en-suite fully disabled toilet and shower room, TV and radio, telephone, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities and a welcome pack including suitable taxi services, other transport options, places to visit, places to eat, shop mobility and scooter hire.

We understand that good food is important and offer a variety of choices for breakfast, freshly prepared on site. We cater for vegetarian, wheat-free, dairy free or other dietary requirements. Breakfast is included in the price of our overnight stay, however should you choose not to eat out at other meal times, additional meals, packed lunches and snacks can be ordered and  purchased from our kitchen.

During your stay at All Hallows you are very welcome to attend our multi-denominational Sunday service held in our very own chapel. Times of other services held in local Waveney Valley village churches will be found in your welcome pack.

While staying with us you will have access to other on-site facilities. You can attend the gym, a range of exercise and core stability classes are available. Arrange a visit from a hairdresser or a chiropodist. Choose to have newspapers and or magazines delivered. Have a soak in our Jacuzzi bath (Fee dependent on the number of carers required). Or visit the sensory room / mini home cinema. To use these facilities booking is required and will be charged for separately.You will have free access to a range of activities and entertainment provided at our Daycare Centre. Types of equipment we can provide free of charge are: Electric beds, stand aids, portable hoist, bed rails, shower chairs and wheelchairs.

Whether you are travelling alone or with a carer or companion All Hallows offers a choice of solutions. For a no-obligation quote for a care package please contact us. We will discuss everything available to you including an option to book one of our carers or an escort to accompany you for some of your time with us, for example on days out, or if your principle carer would like some time away support can be arranged.

Your companion(s) may choose to stay in a nearby Bed and Breakfast rather than with us and we would be happy to give you a list of contact details.

If you don’t have your own transport All Hallows is on a main bus route and only 15 miles from Norwich Train Station. We have close relationships with local taxi firms who are very used to providing services to people with disabilities, and we would be very happy to recommend many accessible places to visit and activities to enjoy.
