An audit of key performance indicators comparing All Hallows results to targets was carried out to understand risks and areas of excellence. Both the Hospital and Nursing Home received a 5 star rating under the Scores on the Doors scheme from Waveney District Council showing both have high hygiene standards and are fully compliant with food legislation
