Fundraising For All Hallows

All Hallows Healthcare Trust is one of 300 charities to benefit from a special £3 million fund from the Masonic Charitable Foundation to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Grand Lodge of England. It’s up to the public to decide which charities get the largest grants through an online vote at (All Hallows is listed under the region of Suffolk). The vote is open from 12 June – 31 July 2017.
All Hallows could win up to £25,000, please help us make an even bigger difference to our patients, residents and clients and vote for us. If you do not have access to a computer in order to vote, please pass this to someone else in your family who can vote on your behalf

If you would like any promotional information about the grant to help us spread the word, such as posters and flyers to help encourage people to vote for All Hallows please contact me. When you ask your family, friends and colleagues please do ask them to tell everyone too. They may be happy to put a poster up at work or send an email, distribute flyers, whatever it might be please tell me and I will do my very best to help.

Organise a fundraising event on our behalf.

We will support you, however they are a few things to consider: Charity statement and logo – all publicity materials should state ‘Supporting All Hallows Healthcare Trust, registered charity number 1124717’. We can supply our logo for you to use. Photo consent – try to make sure you get permission from anyone that you take a picture of. You will need permission from parents before taking photos of children. Split fundraising – if money raised from your fundraising is to be split between different charities, please make that clear on any posters / literature. Safety – please take care and note that it is your responsibility to make sure your event is safe and complies with any relevant authority’s rules and regulations. Pre-printed envelopes are available for donations that can be made in lieu of funeral flowers, birthday gifts or for any other occasion.

Please remember the gift aid box. If you tick this box you are declaring that you are a UK tax payer and the tax you pay will be at least equal to the tax the charity will reclaim on payments made by you in the tax year. Bullock Fair Charity Shop in Harleston

They raise funds for the Hospital and provide donations to enhance the fabric of the building and for equipment to enhance the patients stay. Bullock Fair Charity Shop is situated in Harleston, South Norfolk has two shops situated alongside each other, one with clothes and bric-a-brac and the other selling books, CDs, records, cassettes and small electrical items (radios, toasters, table lamps etc.)

In an annex they call ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ you will find household items and small furniture (coffee tables, bedside cabinets, standard lamps and pushchairs etc.)

It donates all profits to local charities. The three main charities supported are ‘The East Anglian Air Ambulance’, ‘All Hallows Hospital’, and ‘EACH’ (East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices).

The present directors, Sally Wilkinson and Brenda Basham strive to match or better the previous year’s total. To help there are over forty members of staff some paid to maintain continuity but mainly volunteers. They are an incredible group of people without whose help sorting, pricing and selling the donations raising money would not be possible.

The Waveney Valley Darts League

Has supported All Hallows Health Care Trust for the past 2 years and has very kindly agreed to support us for a third year running. It has eight teams, 2 from the Duke of York A/B in Ditchingham, the Chequers in Bungay, The Queen in Earsham, The Racehorse in Westhall, the Huntsman & Hounds in Spexhall, the White Lion in Toft Monks and the Apollo in Harleston.

They not only raise funds for us by playing darts and having dart marathons, they organise quizzes and raffles too. This year the White Lion is having an extra special Golden Draw. We would like to thank the teams for their continued support.
